Collaboration improves the effectiveness of Government by encouraging partnerships and cooperation within the Federal Government, across levels of government, and between the Government and private institutions.

The Notification of Federal Employee Anti-discrimination Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act), Public Law 207-174, was signed into law by President George W. Bush on May 15, 2002, and became effective October 1, 2003. Its purpose is to increase the accountability of Federal agencies for violations of anti-discrimination and whistle blower protection laws.

One of the requirements of the No FEAR Act is for Federal agencies to post on their public website statistical data concerning complaints of employment discrimination. This data is updated on a quarterly basis. To download USADF’s latest NO FEAR Act report, click here
